The newest addition to Casa Juanita, #4 is a quaint second floor apartment with a brand new king bed, private bath with shower, nicely equipped kitchen and foldout sofa in the living room. Fully air conditioned. A sweet little balcony looks over the street and down into the lovely new pool area. Only 1 block to the beach and 8 blocks into town, Casa Juanita has a great location in the quiet end of town. Free wi-fi, large DVD library at the Abbey del Sol office just one house away. Your linens are supplied and cleaning every 7 days is included.

  The gate to Milko’s welcomes you to a refreshing oasis, with a lovely pool surrounded by flowers, potted palms and a large fountain gurgling in the corner. It’s time to relax!
  Four 1-2 bed units are on two floors around and overlooking the patio/pool. It’s a cosy setting so guests usually get to know each other as they come and go. We also enjoyed the street life from a small balcony off our 1-bedroom. Milko and Juanita are friendly and very helpful. They work tirelessly to keep the place spotlessly clean and comfortable. We’ve visited several times and will return!

  We enjoyed our stay at Casa Juanita! We were upstairs in the 1 bedroom unit. Miko did a great job of taking care of us and explained everything we needed to know. We enjoyed the pool, and the flowers around Casa Juanita are so beautiful! It was a short walk to the beach and town. There is a nice grocery store near the square. When we were there in March, they required a mask. No exceptions! We were a bit disappointed with the amount of sea grass on the beach. We were told they couldn’t keep up with cleaning it up at this time of the year. We made the best of it! You could still go in the water without a problem. We listened to plenty of music while we were there and the food at the local restaurants was great and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back!

  We have visited PM several times for the beach, the culture and the people.. But the scene is changing quickly. Lots of construction, prices are up. Abbey del Sol offers a peaceful setting with considerate, friendly, efficient staff and management. We had two 3-night stays at Milko's Casa Juanito (#4 and #1) Feb and March/20. Both apartments were immaculately clean, comfortable and colourful, with lots of kitchen and beach supplies. Milko responded immediately to every small problem, despite the stress and distractions of the corona crisis. We would happily return..

  Abbey Del Sol properties always deliver. Casa Juanita #4 was a very nice room overlooking Ninos Heroes Ave. From our morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in nearby trees, to the two minute walk to the beach and Dive Lodge Bar and quick strolls into eat at nearby restaurants, we loved every minute of our time. Milko was super helpful getting us acquainted with the room and its amenities and also set us up with rental bikes which really make the trips into the supermarket easy. Ride Mexico also made it very easy getting to and from the airport. We will continue to rent Abbey Del sol properties any time we are in POMO. Can't wait for our next trip to POMO. Love the town, the people and the laid back vibe. It may be just minutes away from Cancun, but it is worlds away when it comes to the quaint atmosphere and slow pace.

  We absolutely loved our time in Puerto Morelos, and especially in our home away from home, in Juanita 4. It was so nice of Milko to greet us when we arrived, show us around, and give us so much useful information.
  He felt like family right away:) The office staff at Abbey del sol were wonderful, as was Lupita, our maid who came in daily. Lupita put smiles on our faces every time we saw her. The accommodation was perfect for us, a very comfortable bed, and everything we needed in the kitchen,
  including endless fresh water and coffee! The pool was lovely, as were the beautiful flowering shrubs, it was very private and quiet too. We met lovely folks from the other units and loved walking everywhere as the beach was so close as was the town. Great restaurants and freshly squeezed juice just a few blocks away. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we would love to return one day.

  We stayed in Unit #4 which is a beautiful, well equipped apartment. It has its own balcony, but you must walk through the other unit's balcony to access your door. The owner gave very good instructions regarding the unit including how to use the WIFI, TV, DVD and Netflix, which are all available and he was very accessible for any problems. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. The pool is lovely with different coloured lighting at night. We love this property and will be staying there again!

  Nice quiet location about a block from the beach. Kind of a long walk into town and although there were bikes on site, they had to be rented, which was not cool. Easy check-in and out. Liked the place but would like to see more Mexican touches...bright tiles, decorative accessories, etc. Very clean and well equipped. Mattress on the bed was pretty lumpy and needs to be replaced. Nice pool. Check out yoga with Mina. She does beach and rooftop. Great time.

  Juanita #4 is a charming apartment with the added perks of a smart tv/netflix available. I enjoyed the option of streaming music. The kitchenette is well stocked should you decide to cook in. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was very good. As a single woman I felt very safe at all times.

  The place was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, and with everything we needed.
  Noted we gave the place 5 stars for everything. Though if you stay there, wash the dishes before you use them. We noticed that previous guests left the dishes super dirty and no one from cleaning crew even took notice of it. We washed everything we used, before and after; without getting down to washing everything we didn't use.
  For my friend, the high point of this place was to see our friendly Iguana every morning and evening along the wall!

  My partner and I stayed at Milko's place (Casa Juanita #4) shortly after it had been renovated. It served our purposes perfectly with a fully equipped kitchen (the blender was a special treat), a private balcony looking out onto the (quiet) street, and two beds (helpful when one person is having difficulty sleeping!). The unit was very quiet and private as was the street it was on - other than the occasional dog barks it was very peaceful. having access to Abbey del Sol's bikes was very useful - it would have been a pain walking into town without them. And Milko was in the vicinity on a daily basis asking if everything was OK - this came in handy when we had no ice trays and a chair broke - both were replaced within 24 hours! We look forward to staying here again. Thanks Milko!
