  Upside: My husband and I have been going to PM for over 20 years and have always stayed at Abbey del Sol properties. This particular condo stay, however, was a first for us. We loved the layout, the furniture and decor were comforting and soothing. The proximity to the beach was great, and it was a quiet street with local neighbors across the way. Also a nice balcony to have your coffee in the AM. The plunge pool on the roof is nice too with views of the jungle and the beach. Downside: We didn't have hot water for 2 days, but the staff rectified the situation and even let us check out a little later without charge since we had been inconvenienced. The beds are too firm but we're mostly at the beach all day. Overall, we loved the space, the location, and we will be back again!

  I rented both Casa Alba and Casa Daniela condos. My daughter and her family (husband and sons 7 and 5) lived in Casa Alba, which is on the second floor while Daniela on ground floor. We used Casa Daniela as the main headquarters for meals and reunions, as both apartments were comfortably staged, clean, organized with a kitchens well stocked for cooking. At Casa Alba, a comfortable balcony to enjoy a cervesa and looking out onto the quiet street. Not too far away a grocery store with everything you need to feast. (Small note; no alcoholic beverages sold after 5:00pm on Sundays). Situated a good 2-3 blocks from the beach or 4 flights of stairs to the roof top pool, where one can bask under sun or shade and feel the sea breeze dry the water pearls after a refreshing dip. One can enjoy a cocktail while scanning the spectacular scenery of the green mangroves or watch the sun drop, leaving pastel coloured hues in the sky, and to the left, off in the distance the waves of the Caribbean Sea roll in.
  Mary, Jin and cleaning staff were most attentive and at your service.
  I booked transport through Mary at AdSol, from/to airport and to/from a private Cenote the service was excellent.
  I loved our stay and will return either to this apartment or other homes/apartments managed by AdS, as my family stayed at several other properties and they too were very pleased with the houses and services.
  I highly recommend.

  We really liked the apartment, everything was clean and very well equipped. Absolutely nothing to complain about!
  The only point worth working on was the requirement to sign a rental agreement. I don't have to sign a rental agreement on Airbnb either. I found it bad that we were only given important information (access code, address, etc.) after repeated requests and at very short notice.

  This place was perfectly situated a couple of blocks from the beach, was quiet at night, and completely safe. The unit is stocked with everything you need: beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, regular towels, toiletries, full kitchen, coffee, sugar, a safe for valuables, etc. The roof top pool was to die for, was perfectly clean, and had an incredible view. Each room (kitchen/living room, and both bedrooms) have their own a/c temperature controls. Abbey del Sol (managing the property) was in constant communication with us, and provided access codes for the main gate and the unit itself, so that entry was effortless on check-in day. I will definitely be staying at this place again in the future!

  The flat was absolutely perfect and even nicer than we'd expected. It was spotlessly clean and furnished to a really high standard. The presentation was first class with the team going to great lengths to leave a good impression. Comfy beds, good showers, quiet (didn't hear neighbours at all), and the pool is a bonus. I would note that the lift was out of action for our stay which didn't bother us at all but it's worth checking if you have mobility issues.

  The apartment is ideally located.close to beach ,restaurants,and shopping. However the second bedroom is really too small .Perfect for a family but not for two couples . The rooftop wasn’t comfortable, too spartan. The apartment was fantastic with everything you would need and Abbey del Sol’s management rates a 10. We would definitely return here.

  My wife and I just finished a wonderful week in Puerto Morales. It was our third time vacationing there and each time we rented through Abbey del Sol. The staff is awesome and the whole process very easy. This trip we stayed in Casa Alba, a two bedroom condo. It was exactly like the pictures online, everything was clean and in working order. The infinity pool on the roof was a nice alternative to the beach. The beach itself is only two short blocks away. The condo also provided beach chairs and umbrella which we found very useful. There are many restaurants to choose from with a decent selection and the food has been great in all the ones we have been to. We booked our transportation to and from the airport through Abbey del Sol with Ride Mexico, both drivers we had were excellent and bang on time. All in all an absolute no stress vacation.

  We had a great time at Casa Alba and in Puerto Morelos. Everything was easy. We booked a shuttle from the airport, arrived without issue, and found a beautiful and comfortable apartment steps from the beach. We were able to cook some and eat out at the amazing restaurants nearby. I'm already planning my return trip.

  Nice new place, close to the beach. Bed and couch uncomfortable, safe is too small and doesn't match the instructions. Other than that the place was great - balcony eating table, stocked kitchen, free water, washing machine and drying rack, beach umbrella. It's rural Mexico right next to a mangrove forest so expect iguana's near the balcony and the odd cucaracha in the bathroom but if you keep the drain covered with the provided plug, you should be good.

  The interior of the condo is in new, very clean condition. However, there was no place to eat except at a small counter. Our biggest disappointment with this rental was the outdoor space. Unlike the add photos depict, the pool is so small. About 3 ft deep and maybe 12 or so ft long. It is on the roof where there are a few very hard loungers with no cushions or shade. Would typically use the outdoor space daily when on a tropical vacation. Even the balcony was so narrow with no shade umbrella or other for of shade, not very user friendly. With no really usable outdoor space, would not recommend this unit.
  Abbey del Sol is a great company to work with, but would recommend staying at their main property but not Casa Alba.

  My wife and I had a great stay beginning in late October, it was the perfect size for a couple. The second bedroom is a bit small but would be just fine for kids. A second couple may find it a bit cramped. The property is exactly as pictured and perfectly clean upon arrival. The rooftop is nice with a nice view in all directions. The building security staff is always available 24/7. The unit is 3 blocks to the beach and about a 10 minute stroll to the town square.
  
  The only minor complaint is that although this is a new building, both showers were almost unusable due to clogged shower heads. The water in this area is very hard so it's understandable. Having reported this to the rental firm upon our departure, I have no doubt this has been remedied.
  
  A garrfon of fresh water was provided, as was a replacement when we ran out. The rental office cheerfully delivered another with a couple hours.
  
  The neighborhood is very quiet yet an easy walk to many bars, restaurants, and grocery shopping.
  
  We can't wait to stay again, assuming those shower heads are replaced!
