Charming, cozy studio with a queen bed and a great location with all the extras. Well-equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi, linens supplied. 2 beach chairs for your use. Lovely pool in a spacious garden shared with three other apartments. Located on a quiet back street only 3 minutes from the beach and an easy 15-minute walk to the town square. A table and 2 chairs are located in the garden area right outside your front door. Property shared with 3 other units, a larger studio on the ground floor, a 2 bedroom on the second floor, and another studio on the third floor. Casa Sonoma is located right next to the Abbey del Sol property where the central office is located. The office is open every day from 8am to 5pm to help with anything you need.

  Every detail, appliances, bedding, bathrooms were exceptionally maintained. . The location being a block off the water and half a mile to town was perfect. We never tried the small pool. Property management was available and super responsive. I would recommend this modest little hotel. That incidently comes with bikes equipped with baskets to accommodate grocery shopping at the Chedraui.

  Our rental was ideal for the 2 of us, clean, well maintained with a small but well equiped kitchen for all your wants and needs. I loved it had not just a kettle , coffeemaker, microwave but a blender as well for smoothies. Very quiet area, short walk to beach and walkable to downtown, but also short ride by bike or taxi. Comfy bed and friendly professionally run rental. loved our stay and will stay again here if we come back to Puerto Morelos. thank you for everything!

  Nice room in quiet area, 5min walk to the beach, 10min walk to the closest convenience store, 15/20min walk to the center (supermarket). Peaceful patio with a swimming pool. Staff is accommodating and responsive. The only improvements could be a table to eat inside the room and a fan in the patio before entering the room since the weather can get really hot!

  Worth coming back again and again. Jin, Mariela and the rest of the staff are a wealth of knowledge. They are extremely helpful hosts and friendly. The bikes available on property were used by us daily to go the the beach or into town to grab a bite. We also swam in the beautiful pool multiple times a day. This was a very relaxing end to our trip to Mexico.

  ADS properties are the perfect place to stay in Puerto Morelos. Properties are clean, well maintained and lovely. The folks at ADS are attentive, friendly and experienced.
  The newer property, Sonoma, is no exception.
  Yes, #1 is a small studio, but who needs to be spending time inside when there is a tranquil, attractive garden area in the rear with private pool and outdoor furniture, shared with the other 2 units. #1 has newer appliances and utensils for basic meal prep and new curtains, bedding and linen. As we were late in booking, were happy to get any ADS unit.
